There’s an inventor for everything, and in this case it was the Davidsen family in 1888. And they soon became one of the Danish people’s favourite meals. There are now 240 different types on offer in Ida Davidsen’s restaurant, for example with roast beef, herring, potatoes or chicken. Beware, however, that you pay for the name Davidsen.
