You scream, we scream, ice cream: Dan Furlong is the funniest guy we met in Dubai. He is driving a pink van trough the streets of Dubai selling Magnums and Cornettos. And he is making good money: What began as a quick Dubai holiday visiting his father ended up with him setting up the UAE’s first ice-cream van company. Dan now has a fleet of five pretty pinky vans cruising neighborhoods across the UAE, daily from noon to 9 pm. Dans business is not touristy at all: The concept has gone down well with the local Emirati community, who Dan says, make up the majority of his clientel.
