The Royal Dragon ranges among the largest restaurants across the world and sets itself to serve every dish in fifteen minutes. At a restaurant size of five soccer fields the service staff has to employ special means: rollerblades and ropeways. In this sense, it's quite correct when the adjoining table shouts out “I think there's a flying waiter!”.
More than 500 employees dash between kitchen and tables and cover a distance of 15 kilometres every night. There are also two shows each night in the middle of the restaurant, staged on an artificial lake. The programme changes daily, from traditional dances to fire shows, Thai boxing and much more (from 6.30pm to 7.30pm and 8pm to 9pm).
In brief: the Royal Dragon is a feast for all senses. You have to make a reservation for the tables on the terrace along the water. In case of very hot temperature there are also single air-conditioned houses, some of them with private karaoke machines. On the menu you find Chinese and Thai delicacies and many guests come because of the immense offer of sea fruit in particular.
