The name Canteen is for many a synonym for hairnets, big spoons, dippers, grease drops and stomach ache as well as cheap food offered by companies. Canteen, however, is a canteen 2.0. You won’t get stomach ache from the regional and seasonal specialties here. Everything that lands on your plate was once happily running around on lush pastures.
