Hamburg’s oldest inn was first documented in 1260, and since the start of the 1980s – following a short break – it has been serving up its traditional fare and providing guests with freshly pulled, home brewed Pils, Maß, Weizen and Alsterwasser.
To say the food is hearty is an understatement with knuckle of pork, suckling pig and the above-mentioned Brauerschmaus on offer. The right place for down-to-earth diners who are looking for good value for money.
